Much can be said about “state of the art” equipment and “certified” technicians. Showrooms can be equipped with fancy coffee makers, attention-getting art, comfortable furniture, and large screen TVs. But a pleasant environment and the proper equipment by themselves cannot guarantee a satisfactory restoration.
